As I was preparing for childbirth, I accidentally bumped into one of Alice Turner's videos. While I was going through her channel, I came across a library of such videos, which immediately hooked me into exploring more and more. When a post regarding an online Childbirth Class was put up, I immediately signed up without any second thoughts. The Birth Tool Box classes provided deep insights into an apprehensive unexplored world, yet prepared me for the daunting adventure.
I must say they provided a complete picture of what a woman undergoes physically and emotionally during the childbirth process. Specifically, the breathing and visualisation techniques helped me immensely during labour. As Alice mentioned in the classes, labour was indeed a strenuous hike with a beautiful view at the end.

About the instructor
Alice's Story
Alice Turner, left her job as a database programmer to pursue her passion for helping families during childbirth in 2005 and hasn't looked back. She realized the importance of support and education during this major life event and wanted to be part of preparing families for the big day. When she fell in love with YouTube she realized that she could combine her experience as a doula and her work as a childbirth educator to help families no matter where they lived. Alice is now on a mission to offer the best online Lamaze Class around.
